Holding down Alt and pressing a spell hotkey will now cast the spell on yourself if it is self-castable, or cast the spell under your mouse cursor if applicable. This is referred to as "Smart Casting" and can be rebound in the keybinding menu. F1-F5 keys can now be used to cast spells on yourself or your allies.
There is a program to change your cursor, I don't know how it's called tho. The thing is you don't really need to actually see the cursor, you should just feel where it is. It should become like an enhancement of your hand, you don't need to see your hand to know where it is.
