SoI got two pc, one is potato and other is good, so played ac in the potato and now switched to the good pc but instead of starting new I want to continue my ac revelation game from my old pc but I can't find the game save file folder, I'm thinking of copy pasting the save file into my new pc.

Thanks for the help ! #1. then go to roaming, then to Ubisoft, there you will find a folder titled "Assassins Creed" in which there is the "Saved Games" folder and also 2 configs, one for graphics and the other one for soudn etc. i hope this helps, if you are still looking for them #2.
